110V/220V Catalytic Converter Shear

The 110 volt AcmeCatz cutter is designed for use where 110V power supply is convenient. The hydraulic unit is mounted on a two wheeled cart for easy transportation. Source of power is 110 volt single phase outlet. All models come standard with 23 feet of braided hydraulic hose. This will usually be enough to reach three process stations side-by-side. We can add additional hose to the unit for a small additional cost. Electric motor delivers 3000-3500 psi to the cutting head for superior cutting. Cutting head is controlled via a two button switch handle located below the head to facilitate a one man operation. Voltage to the switch handle is reduced to 24 VDC via a electronic module for operator safety.
